Going to Scottsdale for 2 weeks -- places to eat and fun things to see?

For a great steak and atmosphere, Mastro's City Hall Steakhouse is incredible (and expensive). 

For pizza, Pizzeria Bianco is hailed by some as the best pizza in the country (expect long waits).

For a beer in old town Scottsdale, Shotgun Bettys is interesting.

For things to do on the weekend, here is a great and very random thing to do:  SkyVenture Arizona.  Indoor skydiving in a huge wind tunnel.  Like I said, random, but extremely fun.
