Heading to Sao Paulo and I'm looking for the best restaurants to try while I'm visiting. Open to all types of food! What are your top places to eat?
Hi Katie! My favorite one is Mocotó, it serves dishes from the northeast area in Brazil. It's a bit far away from the center but the subway + a very short cab ride will get you there. There is also Clos Restaurante which has Spanish influences. At Maní you'll eat modern molecular but Brazilian food. If you eant traditional Italian, go to Terraço Itália, a rooftoop with amazing view of the city. For a more modern twist of italian, try Loi Ristorantino. If you want a good bar that serves sandwiches try Riviera Bar or Z Deli (more of a sandwich shop).

There are a lot of options. My top 5 - A Figueira Rubaiyat, Restaurante Fasano - Rua Vitório (top), Fogo de Chão Vila Olímpia (a top churrascaria - for meat), Restaurante Dona Lucinha (for regional Brazilian food) and La Mar Cebicheria Peruana(peruvian).

Bráz Quintal (Quintal do Braz) in Vila Mariana. Their pizzas are amazing! Share them to save money. I also liked an Argentinian restaurant in Vila Mariana called Dr. Tchê La Parrilla de La Villa. It seems expensive but the meals are so large you can easily split your meal with a companion and still have leftovers.

Rinconcito Peruano...stays in the town and they serve an awsome ceviche, a typical peruvian dish
I love Rinconcito Peruano. If you are looking for some Cebiche...do not wait to go there.
