Good breakfast spot for a business meeting?

Need some recommendations for good breakfast places in Santa Monica for a business meeting.  Doesn't need to be fancy... just good.

Blue Plate on Montana and Ye Olde King's Head on 2nd street are both good.  Avoid Swingers and Bru's Wiffle - A Waffle Joint - they're both feces.

Viceroy Santa Monica has a nice outdoor patio for breakfast with good service. Usually very easy to get in. Personal favorite is Cora's Coffee Shoppe. Small place but might be a bit loud if trying to hold a meeting.
