Best places to eat in old town Cabo?

In Cabo San Lucas itself, if you want traditional Mexican food, Mi Casa is a good choice.  Edith's is a high end Mexican place with one of the best caesar salad's you'll ever have.  If you get out during the day, the classic beach restaurant in Cabo is The Office, which can get rowdy during the day at times, but is the classic Cabo experience.  From the office you can have a meal then hire a water taxi to head over to Lover's Beach or into the marina for a look around town.

In the old days there used to be some great fish taco stands/budget restaurants that were very inexpensive and tasty, but unfortunately, most of those are gone but a couple of places that server very traditional Mexican food with a seafood focus are Mariscos Mazatlan and Mariscos El Torito (a real local place with great food).  

Not in the town of Cabo San Lucas, but worth it are:

•  El Farallon which has an incredible setting on a cliff at the Capella Pedregal.  The Capella is one of the best hotels in Cabo and while this is not budget friendly, its an amazing place, and
  
  

• Flora's Kitchen which is a totally interesting and unique place ... an organic farm, near an oasis in the desert.  A true farm to table experience in the middle of the Mexican desert.  Very strange, interesting and awesome. 

Mesón del Angel in San Jose del Cabo is fantastic! The food is great- sit in the courtyard and order a blueberry basil mojito!!
