Hi,
Were looking for best hotel/resort for families (deluxe $$$$) Service,Food, Cleanliness in Cabo area to go over Xmas break. 8/9 days. Never been to Cabo but don't want the rowdy party part of that area.

I think the One & Only Palmilla
is one of the best hotels in the world. On its own beach and cove, far away from anything rowdy. While I havent' been there yet, everyone I've talked to raves about the Capella Pedregal. 
Finally, Las Ventanas al Paraíso always gets ranked extremely high in terms of luxury resorts in Cabo, but I personally like the Palmilla much better.
If you want to stay away from rowdy, then I would probably avoid the ME Cabo (ME by Melia).
