Marvin Paul from Milpitas asked

Where can I find the best Pad Thai between San Jose, CA and Seattle?

Planning a road trip up to Seattle soon and I want to know where the best Pad Thai is along the way. Definitely going to stop in Portland on the way up but if there is someplace in between, I don't mind a detour.
I'm not a skinny dude so the bigger the portions the better.

San Jose (California)   Portland (Oregon)   Seattle (Washington)

Try Thai Tom in Seattle. I have tried a lot of Thai food and this potentially is closest to the best food I tried in Thailand

There is a place called Siam Fine Thai Cuisine in Santa Clara. Daily Lunch special daily 11am to 2pm. It's a little hole in the wall across the street from Westfield Valley Fair on Stevens Creek Blvd.

I've had good luck at Shana Thai at 311 Moffett Blvd in Mountain View.

And I second the recommendation of Pok Pok in Portland. DEEE-licious, although you should not settle for just Pad Thai there!

Tuk Tuk in SE Portland is incredibly popular.  Awsome atmosphere. Everyone apparently raves about it.
