I have two options as the AirBNB and VRBO fell through ... Residence Inn on Howe St or Courtyard by Marriott on Y street. Which would be better to be close to grocery stores, restaurants and the Sacramento State University?
4 Nights and under $300/night for room. 3 total travelers.
Personally, out of the 2 choices, I would stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento Downtown at Capitol Park on Howe Avenue. The hotel is close to Arden Way, which is a busy street with lots of grocery store options as well as many restaurants and Arden Fair in the area.
