San Francisco to Portland with kids

Hello! Looking for suggestions for our trip to SF to Portland. Would like a route that our sons will enjoy (age 7 & 4). Our trip will be 4 days max round trip. Will be driving early in the morning most of the day and staying at hotels at night.  Would like suggestions for places to eat, see, and stay. Thank you!

Portland (Oregon)

This is a hard one because West Oregon and East Oregon are so super different and have lots to see.

If you travel thru Klamath Falls (Oregon) to Bend and up and around to Portland you will see lots of nature and scenic views that are stunning Oregon has fenomenal hot springs along the way.

If you travel up thru MedfordRoseburgEugeneSalem you are hitting all the big Cities and lots for kiddos.

Right before you hit Roseburg stop in Winston at the Wildlife Safaridrive thru it's amazing and a lot of family fun.

Eugene has the Cascades Raptor CenterScience FactoryRoaring Rapids Pizza Company has a carousel in it - Amazon pool if your wanting swimming fun

Salem has the Enchanted Forestwhich is a walk thru all about Mother Goose or Fairy tale themed park really fun even for adults. also downtown Salem at the water front where they have a carousel and you can hit the Gilbert house great place for kids and family too.

Have fun, safe travels.
