If you take the I-65 north, Perdido Key to Huntsville via Birmingham (Alabama) is around 400 miles. Minimum driving time should be roughly 6 hours without any delays caused by traffic congestion, roadworks, navigation issues or rest stops (imo it's not safe to drive for 6 hours without at least one rest-stop).
