Carole from Paris asked

Traditional Bouillabaisse in Paris

We did a pit-stop in Marseilles wanting to try the infamous traditional Bouillabaisse but, by the time we arrived, all restaurants were closed for lunch. I was wondering if anyone knew about a good, traditional Bouillabaisse in Paris?

Thanks in advance!

I would definitely check out La Méditerranée in the 6th. It's a place you go to as much for the ambiance and history as the food. Vertes, the artist who did all the famous SCHIAPARELLI ads. Great, great food--I know for sure they have a bouillabaisse--I've never ordered it so I'm not sure how traditional it is, but my guess is it's terrific.
