You should try La Mangerie ! Nice staff and tasteful tapas for sure.

Hello Sarah you should try Les Piétons  in Paris an spanish bar if you like Spain it's like you come in the southern spain!

If you mean sharing-style plates, Au Passage is my top choice in Paris, followed by the newly-opened Martin.

I don't know if it is the best as I haven't eaten at all of them, but Le BAT in the 9th is very good. Had a really nice dinner there a few months back. Modern style tapas, good wine selection. Located on a bustling street. Outside seating.
