Kid friendly restaurants on the cheap?

My sister and I are taking our kids to Orlando and will need some budget friendly places to eat. There will be two adults and 5 kids (ages 4-8). Are there any "kids eat free" deals or specials? Thanks!

There’s a place a little drive away called the The Old Spanish Sugar Mill that has little grills at each table and they bring over pancake batter so you can make your own pancakes. Kids flip out over it and it’s crazy cheap—like $4 a person. There’s a park nearby, De Leon Springs that’s a really nice place for a dip in the water or a canoe ride. If your kids like to bowl there’s also Splitsville which is a restaurant/bowling alley. Even though it’s a brewery, Sea Dog Brewing Company Orlando is a really fun place for kids—there’s a giant Connect Four game there that will keep them occupied while you drink. ;) Also try Jeremiah's Italian Ice which is this great Italian ice place. Really good and kids love it.

There is T-REX Cafe in the Downtown Disney area. If the kids have any interest in Dinosaurs they will get a kick out of that restaurant. You can also try Rainforest Cafe which is also in the Downtown Disneyarea.  Rain forest theme with animals that come alive throughout your meal service. They also have a nice aquarium at the entrance and store. It's definitely a fun place to eat.  Just ate there last week and the food was delicious! Better than I remembered.  There is another Rainforest Cafe Shop-Animal Kingdom located at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.  Both restaurants have average pricing, $11.99 - $25.99 for a adult entree.

Personally, we're huge fans of CiCi's Pizza. The food there is great and you order items that are not laid out on the buffet.

Hi Lori!

There are tons of restaurants that have a “kids eat free” policy or at least a night of the week. Most are chains but some arean’t--like Miller's Ale House which has a free kids night on Tuesdays.

You can also buy a kids’ eat free card—here’s the link: Our favorite on this list is Wava Curry Taste of India which serves great Indian food. Hash House A Go Go Orlando is good, too.
