You can get the answer to what hotels accept dogs for any location by using google maps. Put in the location, ask for nearby hotels, and specify dog friendly.

When I do this in Omaha I get several of them including the Super8 for $56/night but there are some reviews that say that it isn't clean. Check to see what kind of deposit they require. And then decide for yourself whether that's an appropriate place for you to stay
