1. The US travel advisory for Bahrain is 'Reconsider Travel'. Make absolutely 100% sure that your travel insurance will still cover you and that your travel health insurance is both valid *and* covers you for Covid-19.

2. You will be tested at the airport on arrival at your own expense (costs about 80USD). Make sure you have the funds available plus additional funds for a second test which is sometimes required.
If you test negative you do not have to quarantine (at the time of writing this reply) but if you stay longer than 10 days you must have another test (again at your own expense) on the 10th day.
If you test positive (and remember that you can test positive whilst completely asymptomatic) you will be required to quarantine. The decision about where you will quarantine is not yours alone.

3. You must follow Bahraini law regarding Covid. You must practice social distancing and must wear a face mask in all public venues and on public transport. There is an on-the-spot fine for not wearing a mask. Penalties for breaking public health rules are substantial. More detail on the link above.
4. Most dine-in restaurants, public parks, cinemas and entertainment centres are closed.
