Road trip itinerary from NYC to Tucson?

My husband and I are planning a road trip leaving NYC around Feb 1 arriving Tucson no later than Feb 13. We are looking for an itinerary that includes as many national parks/nature as possible given winter timing and pandemic. All ideas welcome!
