Lighter fare in NYC

I've been on a health kick and would like to maintain that while I'm in NYC.  Any suggestions for some veggie-full, protein-high and carb-less meals?

One Lucky Duckhas raw, organic vegan food.  Their almond butter cup raw ice cream is insane.  Open til 11pm for a dairy-free ice cream fix.
