Where can I get fabulous grits in New Orleans?

In the mood for some grits, with grillades, shrimp or just on their own.  Recommendations?  French Quarter or Warehouse District preferred, but anywhere is appreciated!

For Grits and Grillades I would say Brennan's Restaurant.

For Shrimp and Grits Coquette New Orleans or Atchafalaya.

Stacey,

Kingfish had some of the best grits I've had. The restaurant overall was a "Good, not great" in terms of rating, but the grits really stood out!

Hi Stacey-

The grits that come with the BBQ Shrimp at Commander's Palace Restaurant are amazing!
