We are going to New Hope, PA next week and would love any suggestions at what to see and do. Also places to eat!
Hi Lynn, I live in Bucks County, home of New Hope. It's such a great river town! In New Hope, park at one of the lots near the river and walk along Main Street and check out all of the shops. There are a tons of restaurants with outdoor seating, including The Landing Restaurant, which sits right on the river, or Havana, which provides for great people watching. Take Bridge Street and cross the Bridge (on foot) to Lambertville, which is New Hope's counterpart on the NJ side of the river. Lots of antique shops and more restaurants here. (I love the Wine Cellar at Lambertville Station Restaurant, you sit in comfy, oversized chairs in little nooks and the food is great!) Drive along the river roads to other small river towns like Stockton and Frenchtown. There are a ton of quaint inns with great restaurants, like the Golden Pheasant Inn, and wineries like Sand Castle Winery.
