A friend I are visiting Nepal late this November. We have about 12 days total and want to do the 6 day Annapurna Panorama Trek. Our time is limited so we'd like to make arrangements in advance of our visit. Any trekking company recommendations would be much appreciated!
Check with Responsible Treks, I like their approach. The suggested trek is an easy one to arrange. Google around to find a company that seems solid. Book directly in Nepal, and save 25-30 % off the rate that foreign-based companies will charge (their profit). Organize your international and domestic travel to PokharaPokhara yourself. For bus try Greenline (also on the web), never go by minibus/van (safety). Flying Kathmandu-Pokhara is about 130-50 USD. If travelling with Buddha or Yeti Air you can book via internet. I recently wrote a book "Adventures in Nepal" that spell out some of the tips you might need and to see realistically what you can accomplish during your stay. Happy Trek!
