Eat at Prince's Hot Chicken Shack
See Parthenon especially at night (also art gallery in the basement).
Ryman Auditorium
Musicians Hall of Fame Museum       
Eat pulled pork BBQ.

The only place I visited in Nashville (I'm not a country music fan) was also something I think you should not miss and that is The Hermitage-Home of President Andrew Jackson which is a little way out of town.  We also drove by Centenial Park, the Parthenon and the Capitol.
