Marine Plaza Hotel or Trident Narimen Point - and why? Or elsewhere?

We've pretty much narrowed it down to these hotels for an upcoming Mumbai trip but cant choose. The Taj/Oberoi/Intercontinental are over our budget.  We want to stay around Colaba. Our other choice is Abode which would be perfect but we think the bed is too small. Any preferences or alternative suggestions - and why?  No more than £100 a night for a normal room £120 for a suite. Thank you.

I'd go for Trident at Nariman Point - it's got a stunning view, great location, real good restaurants and is close to National Centre for Performing Arts where you can catch some plays and walking distance from Marine Plaza famous for its midnight buffet.

Both the hotels you have mentioned are little away from Colaba and its at least 15 minutes to 30 minutes drive depending on time of the day and traffic.

Trident Hotel - BKC is the best bang for your quid. You get way better view than you would get at Colaba. You have easy access to all the food and if you want to check out Mumbai night life, it's very close by. Intercontinental hotel is very close too.

Both are good choices. Rooms at Marine Plaza are bigger but it's a smaller hotel. The Trident Hotel - BKC is a much larger hotel with a much wider choice of food and beverages but probably a bit more expensive and a bit more impersonal.
