Jacqueline from Philadelphia asked

Free/inexpensive things to do in Montreal?

Heading to Montreal but going to be on a bit of a budget. What are fun things to do for free or relatively cheap? I'm open to trying anything so i'd like to hear any suggestions to you might have.

Walk around Jean-Talon MarketMile-End and Le Plateau, eat only Bahn Mi and Poutine!  (Seriously!)  Montreal is a great city to walk around.

And the Montreal Museum Of Fine Art (MBAM) on Sherbrooke only charges $12 for anyone over the age of 30 (!) and under is free.
