Heading to Marietta and I'm looking for the best restaurants to try while I'm visiting. Open to all types of food! What are your top places to eat?
It depends on what portion of Marietta you are going to. I love Marietta Fish Market on Canton Hwy. It sounds like a supermarket but it isn't. The same owners also own Cherokee Cattle Company right up the street. If you have a family these restaurants give a ton of food for the buck. However...my very two favorite restaurants areGabriel's Restaurant and Bakery...there is one in Marietta and one in Acworth (Georgia) and Henry's Louisiana Grill. on Maine Street in Acworth. Of all of these...Henry's is the best. Get there early so you don't have to wait long...by or before 5. They have excellent, excellent louisiana dishes!...Hope this helps...enjoy!!

I love Tassa Caribbean Cuisine which is a small Carribean restaurant with delicious food. I love the goat curry or the buffett. Los Bravos has great Mexican food and the best margarita for the price. Both of these are very low key. Cinco has a great roof top bar and is much more trendy. Marietta Pizza Co and Johnnie MacCracken's Celtic Pub (Irish Pub) are great places to try on the Marietta Square. Some weekends in the summer there is live music in the square, art festivals and food festivals. It's also a cute place to walk around with lots of restaurants and shops. Marietta Diner is open late with anything you could imagine on the menu and the true diner look. Ray's on the River has a fantastic brunch and is right on the Chattahoochie river where you'll see people floating and kayaking by. Pappasito's Cantina and Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen are also very popular and have nice atmosphere. Hope this helps. Enjoy your trip!
