The best train station to travel by train from Madrid to Cordoba (Spain) to Seville is Madrid Atocha Railway Station Puerta de Atocha, where you can take the AVE (High Speed Train) to Córdoba (Estación Ferroviaria de Córdoba). To travel from Córdoba to Sevilla you can take the same train (is the same line) to continue your travel to Sevilla (Estación de Santa Justa).

To go from Sevilla to Barcelona, you can take again the AVE to Barcelona (Estación de Sants). This AVE will have a stop in Córdoba and Madrid Puerta de Atocha, where you may have to change the train to continue your way to Barcelona.

The main railway station in Madrid is Puerta de Atocha, often known as Atocha.

Cordoba (Spain) only has one main railway station, called 'Cordoba Central.

Seville main station is Sevilla Santa Justa.

Barcelona main railway station is Barcelona Sants Estació.

The official German railway website in English carries times and details for all European trains, except some private and commuter lines. You can easily find which station you need by looking up trains for your journey on the DB site:

https://www.bahn.com/en/view/index.shtml

If you need fares as well as times and details you should use the official Spanish railway website in English:

http://www.renfe.com/EN/viajeros/index.html

Probably in the tickets it will say "PA" that stand for Puerta De Atocha, do not mistake it for Madrid - Atocha Cercanias. The metro station is Atocha Renfe. Anyhow the signs are very clear in the city.

If you go straight from the airport take the Bus Express (5 € cash) it has an stop at Atocha.
