We will fly United from the east coast to LAX, and then Air China to Beijing. The connection at LAX is tight, = 2 hours. Need to get from domestic terminal #7 to the International terminal pronto. Hopefully we don't have to get outside and go through security screening again. What is the best way? Thanks!
LAX terminals B (international) and 4 through 8 are connected by tunnels (after security). See this website for details: onemileatatime.boardingarea.com/2017/12/05/connect-terminals-lax/
From T7 to Bradley International take the free shuttle bus available curbside on the arrivals level. Yes you will go through security at the TBIT.
It's only maybe a 5-minute walk between terminals but yes, you have to go outside and then through security at the international terminal. Two hours, tho, is plenty of time. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes, 45 tops.
