Awesome yoga studios with early morning classes in LA

I'll be in LA early on a Friday morning and would love to get in a 6 AM yoga session!

I've been doing yoga for many years, so I'm pretty advanced and would prefer something more challenging, but for 6 AM on a Friday, I also understand that beggars can't be choosers ;)  I've got a car, and I love yoga studio hopping, so anywhere within LA is good!

Where in LA will you be though?  There's the rub...  :O)

Bikram Yoga Silverlake has a 5am on Fridays...

Modo Yoga LA (La Brea and 3rd) has a 6am...

...And CorePower Yoga near the VA (405 & Wilshire-ish) used to have a 6am...  I think they still do.

Thanks so much, Valerie! I've got a car and I'm really open to driving anywhere within LA to check out an awesome yoga studio (I've often yoga studio hop when I travel!). I'll update my question to reflect that. #WillDriveForYoga :)

FYI, Valerie, I didn't go to the CorePower that you tagged, but I did go to another one in Torrance. It was awesome. Thanks so much for the suggesting CPY, lady! :)

Yoga Loft - If you're in the South Bay (Manhattan Beach specifically), yoga loft has a great view of the Manhattan Beach Pier and has 6am classes MWF and 6:45am classes TTH. You can get your Om on and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Not bad!

Becker's Bakery - after yoga you can go to Becker's Bakery a get a killer Kronut. I recommend the chocolate covered with cream. Literally the best thing I've ever tasted.

OMG, I've never had a kronut before! This sounds like the worst/most perfect combination. Thanks, Susan! :)

I hope you had a great class wherever you went! Next time you're in LA, you'll find a yoga studio almost every block in Santa Monica / Venice areas. Yogaworks Santa Monica studios on Main St and Montana are good places to check out as they have 6:15am classes most weekdays (but Fridays start at 7am). I love  Exhale Center for Sacred Movement on Main St (classes start at 7). There are  Yogis AnonymousBryan Kest Power Yoga and  Bhakti Yoga Shala right off  Third Street Promenade
