Hi Hallie :)
For Paris a fun, romantic, unique thing to do is definitely Auvers-sur-Oise: The Most Romantic Dinner
Auvers-sur-Oise is a bit outside of Paris, and you get to have a unique, private dinner in a castle :)
Follow this link to see more details: http://www.tourboks.com/en/product/the-most-romantic-dinner.html
and i have two more ideas for you:
What about a Citroen 2CV Two Hours Classics Tour of Paris or a Citroen 2CV Two Hours Romantic Tour of Paris ??
In both cases, you get in a vintage Citroen 2CV and you have a private driver guide that takes you to all the classic landmarks in Paris.
or maybe a Versailles Park Segway Tour??
For London what about the below ideas??
Sherlock Holmes Walking Tour in London
London Underground Walking Tour
Whatever you do happy birthday and enjoy your honeymoon :)
P.S.: I am working for Tourboks so i would be happy to assist more if needed.
London -
Get a Rib (speed boat) along the Thames _ they do a short version (Thames Ribs) that gives you a slow guided tour with history up the Thames for about 20 mins followed by a very fast blast with lots of high speed turns etc to James bond Music - good fun.
Dinner at The Shard (oblix ££££ ) Oxo Tower Wharf(£££) gives you great views of the city and depending when you visit they have ice skating at various locations - Somerset House - Hyde Park.
I reckon for a budget of £200 each you could do Rib , Ice skate and Lunch (make it £100 without lunch) all on the embankment
Hope helps have a great trip.
Mentioned in this answer:
Fun but not necessarily unique...trip up to the top of the eiffel tower - busy but lovely view. In London a trip to the top of the shard and you can pay a bit extra to have a glass of champagne or lunch up there I would highly recommend the shard!
