Heading to Little Rock and I'm looking for the best restaurants to try while I'm visiting. Open to all types of food! What are your top places to eat?
If you like Asian cuisine I would suggest you try Pei-Wei on University avenue. It's a modern restaurant with great atmosphere.
Hi Katie,
Little Rock's food scene is jumping these days! Depending on your budget and tastes, you can find anything from food trucks to a white table cloth experiences.
One Eleven is a nationally recognized restaurant. The chef Joel Antunes has earned a Michelin star and James Beard award and should be a great time (if a little hard on the budget). As Yvonne pointed out, Loca Luna and Red Door (owned by the same company) are local favorites. Flying Fish of Little Rock is another local favorite as are Elizabeth's suggestions--all excellent.
I'm a big fan of Vino's purely for nostalgia, and their home-brewed beer. I'm also a sucker for good Greek food, and Layla's Gyro delivers on that end.

Definitely go to the The Root Cafe on Main Street. South on Main is also good near there. ZAZA Fine Salad & Wood-Oven Pizza Co. is a cool spot for pizza and gelato. :)

Loca Luna- HAS BEEN A FAVORITE OF MINE SINCE I MOVED HERE TO LITTLE ROCK ABOUT 18 YEARS AGO!
