Depending on the route taken, Lincoln (Nebraska) to Oklahoma City is roughly 430 to 460 miles. It'll take a minimum of 6.5 hours driving time without traffic delays or any rest/food stops.
Route option 1
1.
From Lincoln take I-80 west and leave at J353. Take 81 south towards McCool Junction .
2. Follow  81 south to just north of Salina where it becomes I-135. Continue south on I-135.
3. Stay on I-135 south to and through Wichita then continue south on I-35 (Purple Heart Trail, toll).
4. Stay on I-35 until you reach Oklahoma City.
Route option 2:
1.
