Considering doing the Kentucky Bourbon trail in early August. Probably will only do 3 or 4 stops at distilleries so wondering which ones are best. I like most bourbons so thinking more about the visitor experience of the different distilleries.

Also, yes it is humid in Kentucky in August. The best month to visit is October because of the Keeneland Horse Races and the weather is perfect.
