Hi Steve. There is a water park called Wet 'n' Wild Las Vegas, which opened just last year on the southwest side of town. They are supposed to be opening one in Henderson, as well.  Be sure to check their website though as they are not open regularly yet for the season. Although they don't have slides, my niece loves the pool and lazy river at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. They may not allow 4 year olds in the wave part of the pool, but there is a kid friendly section that's not as deep.

Update: Hi Steve, as an after thought, it you get tired of pools, check out the Lied Discovery Children's Museum (Children's Discovery Museum) near downtown or Springs Preserve. My nieces LOVE the kid's museum. You have to practically drag them out. It's all hands on and so much more than museum, which I don't think is a great description.
