Good, but affordable buffets in Las Vegas?

Where are there good but reasonable buffets in Las Vegas?

If you are driving to Vegas, stop by the Studio B Show Kitchen Buffet/M Resort at the gorgeous M Resort Spa Casino on the way into or out of town. Studio B has been voted by locals as the best seafood buffet, and it is where I take visiting friends that want to hit up a good buffet. The prices are lower than the strip. Being that the M is so far from the strip, probably not an option if you are flying in.

Good but affordable would be best off the strip... e.g. Red Rock Casino Resort & SpaGreen Valley RanchSuncoast Hotel and Casino - Las VegasRampart Casino.  On the strip, I consider Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino and Luxor Hotel and Casino to be good buffets at a mid-range price.

I went to Las Vegas back in 2010 so I am not sure if prices are pretty much higher nowadays. However, I remember a super huge buffet at Caesars Palace and at the Bellagio Hotel. Bally's Las Vegas Hotel & Casino offered an interesting champagne brunch but it was a bit pricy.

Enjoy it!
