Where is the best place to visit in Japan? Looking for ideas!
The small towns of Nara and Kyoto offer quite a glimpse into the culture and way of life of the Japanese. Be it feeding the Deers in Nara Park (links are to my blog) or visiting the Todai-ji (Todai-ji temple), a massive structure in wood, ranking as the highest wooden structure in the world or take a stroll in the Yoshikien Garden (Yoshekien Gardens).
In Kyoto you can visit the famed Kinkaku-ji (Golden Temple) or visit the Nijo Castle, just roaming the streets of this old town the experience is sublime. One can also savor the tea ceremony at some of these temples which is a wonderful experience in itself and must not be missed!
