This is at least a 3000 mile trip. 8 hours = 500 miles approx. I would drive to Biloxi on I-10W. About 8 hours. I would spend 1st night there. I would drive 6 hours to Tunica, MS. Stay at Sam's Town Casino & Hotel. From there I would get to I-80W. It is a flat safe drive. I would drive from Memphis to Des Moines, Iowa. Stay on the West side of the city. Take I-80W. I would go from Des Moines to Salt Lake City, UT. I would navigate from Salt Lake City, UT to Seattle, WA. It is about 12-14 hours. I would print a map from Salt Lake City to Seattle. Cell Service maybe spotty. I suggest you carry 2 cases of water per person/pet. Leave at 4AM. Avoids traffic and high heat. I use hotwire.com to make Hotel Reservations.
