Have you been to Ham Tin yet? There are beautiful beaches and lots of great photo opportunities (see pictures from my previous visit below). It's not very easy to get there but it's worth it. First you have to got to Sai Kung Bus Terminus. It is easiest to take a taxi from there, I think we paid no more than 100, maybe even only 50 HKD. Just tell the driver that you want to go to Tai Long Wan and he will bring you until the end of a road where you'll find a small pavilion. From there you have to hike for about one hour. There is no road access to the beaches. Don't stop at the first beach, continue to the second bay, this is where Ham Tin is. The beach houses two small and decent Chinese beach restaurants (you get fried noodles with meat and alike). Once you get to Ham Tin go directly to one of the beach restaurants and book a boat ride back to Sai Kung. I recommend to get one of the last rides because the sunset is beautiful and it's so much fun on the boat in the dark (the boat looks like an old wooden ship from past time but it's actually a speed boat). Have fun!

Try this. Go up to Victoria Peak in the cable car, BUT walk down using the connecting stairs through all of the hi-rise apartment complexes. It is just amazing !
