I am travelling to Hong Kong/Shenzhen for work starting February 2nd. I was investigating arranging a junk boat for the first weekend there (February 7th) but a few of the guys who report to me in Hong Kong told me that it's not the best time of the year to do be out on the water. They said the water can be rough and the temperature is too cold. Does anyone have any experience with junk boating in February?
Without a doubt book a Jaspas Junk. Free flowing booze, food and amazingly chilled staff sailing off from two easy locations. I've booked through them a dozen times, never with a single issue.
The food is amaaaaazing.
