Things to see between Harrison Ar and Hot springs Ar

I would like to find places to visit along highway 7 from Harrison to Hit springs

Harrison (Arkansas) ⇨ Hot Springs (Arkansas)

From Russellville to Hot Springs on Hwy 7 are several small towns, not a lot of stopping points, but a lot of beautiful, winding roads/scenery. Stop at the Burger Shack in Jesseville - just before you get to Hot Springs.

Just to clarify, if you add Russellville (Arkansas) as a via waypoint, you can see the route taking highway 7 from Harrison (Arkansas) to Hot Springs instead of I-65 to I-70:
