Great Yarmouth to Fakenham is about 47 miles if you take the A47>A1270>A1067 route to the north of Norwich. The halfway point is roughly at Attlebridge. If you take the slightly longer (53 miles) route to the south of Norwich (A47>B1146) the halfway point is roughly at Bawburgh , just off the A47. You can use google and googlemaps to explore what pubs/cafes etc are in the local areas and would make good meeting points.
