When is a good time to visit Fernando de Noroha if you're not a surfer?
I was in Fernando de Noroha in February and it had beautiful, huge waves but I prefer a more calming spot. I prefer a quiet and tranquil sea. When is the best time to visit Fernando de Noronha for this? Is September a good time to go?
