Any tips on surviving gluten free while traveling around Europe? Any good sites that are dedicated to Gluten free eating? Also, not the expensive restaurants! Just little cafes or corner shops that would cater to gluten free needs. Thanks!
hey Mia, depending on where you're going, you'll always find something, Europeans are big with their dairy-gluten-carb-free dishes. I guess it's easier in north- and western Europe - you can't take the pasta away from an Italian Mama.
You didn't say where you're going but there's a cute café in Hamburg (Germany), that does all kinds of gluten free cakes (and is pretty cute).
