Cindy from Los Angeles asked

Must do's for a weekend in Ensenada?

Hi! My boyfriend and I heading to Ensenada for a weekend. Are there any hidden gems or must-do's while there? I read that the wineries near there are wonderful but we aren't really into wine.

You can go to the wine valley (Guadalupe) and enjoy the scenery, there are a lot of great restaurants and some have local crafted beer. You can go to TROIKa, it´s a food truck in the valley, and it´s located next to La Villa del Valle and the restaurant Corazon de Tierra. Other restaurants are Finca Altozano, Olivia El Asador del Porvenir, Deckma´s en el Mogor, el Pinar de 3 mujeres, etc.
In Ensenada you can go to cerveceria Wendlant, they serve great food and lots of local and international beers, they have the brewery at El Sauzal and on Saturday the have different food trucks; also at el Sauzal you can go to Cerveceria Agua Mala, Ophelia restaurant is a good option also.
For restaurant options in Ensenada you can go to Manzanilla, Boules Ensenada, Muelle Tres, etc.

For site seeing you can go to Bar Andaluz (del Ex-Hotel Riviera del Pacífico) , or go for a walk at the Malecon Playa Hermosa or take a stroll in the bay on a tour barge to see dolphins and sea lions or go little bit further to la La Bufadora.

If you like to party you cannot stop visiting  El Eurobar ubicated in the R1 (Riveroll and 1st street), they play electronic music, and just aside its Ultramarino, I love this one because they have live bands that play cumbia music and it has a good atmosphere for dancing, try the oyster shot ;)If you like to party you cannot stop visiting Euro Bar ubicated in the R1 (Riveroll and 1st street), they play electronic music, and just aside its Ultramarino, I love this one because they have live bands that play cumbia music and it has a good atmosphere for dancing, try the oyster shot ;)If you like to party you cannot stop visiting Euro Bar ubicated in the R1 (Riveroll and 1st street), they play electronic music, and just aside its Ultramarino, I love this one because they have live bands that play cumbia music and it has a good atmosphere for dancing, try the oyster shot ;)
