traveling from Ypsilanti, MI to Buffalo, NY through Cleveland

Hi, I'm looking for places to stop for lunch with 2 kids and a small dog half-way between Detroit, MI and Buffalo, NY traveling on the US side. We can't go through Canada because the border is closed. I would love something where we can stretch our legs but also has food. Also, are there any other fun spots along this route for a quick stop? Thank you!

Detroit (Michigan) Buffalo (New York)   Cleveland (Ohio)

Just on the East side of Cleveland. Has a Denny's. It is a nice place to stop after a few hours.

Try this page:
Cleveland actually looks like the best halfway stop. Assuming you drive straight there, it's about 2-1/2 hours from Detroit and then about 3 hours from Cleveland to Buffalo.
Try one of these restaurants, but double check which ones are open during this time:
If the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is open, that's always a good stop for kids.
