Restaurant for dinner near Coors Field?

As the final activity of a bachelor party weekend, we'll be going to a Rockies game at Coors Field. After the game but before our red eye flight home, we'll have a few hours to kill. What are some great restaurants near Coors Field that we should consider for dinner?

Open to anything (food and budget-wise).

Best pizza in Denver is Marco's Coal Fired Pizzeria-a few blocks east of Coors.  There are plenty of bars/pubs as well in the area. A few more of my favorites around Coors:

The 9th Door, Vesta Dipping Grill, Denver ChopHouse & Brewery

If you are willing to walk a bit, Larimer Square has tons of options:

Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen, Rioja, Osteria Marco, Bistro Vendome, and Tamayo.

If you want super casual, try Breckenridge Brewery CO Craft.

Hey! There are a few great places to eat around Coors Field. Twelve Restaurant is more upscale but great and it is at 22nd and Larimer. A bit further away is The Populist at 32nd and Larimer but it is fantastic. There is a new place that popped up that has been packed called Work & Class at 25th and Larimer. If you want to go the other way, Biker Jim's has the best unique hot dogs in the City and it is also at 22nd and Larimer. If you go into the city, there is Vesta Dipping Grill at 18th and Blake (I would get reservations here as they get busy). As far as steak houses go, you have Morton's Steakhouse at 17th and Wynkoop, the Denver ChopHouse & Brewery at 19th and Wazee and Elway's at 19th and Curtis. Basically, if you start walking downtown, you will see a bunch of places. A little touristy but some great places like Jax Fish House Denver at 17th and Wazee and The Squeaky Bean at 15th and Wynkoop. Hope this helps!

The Tavern Downtown The three roof-top decks overlook Coors Field made Playboy Magazine's "Top 10 Best Rooftops in America," as well as accolades from Sunset Magazine for "Best Rooftop Patio in the West.  Would be a great ending to a bachelor party weekend.

Hi Trevor:

My husband and I just dined at the Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill which is located next to Union Station. They have a great selection of beer and the food was very good. I think it would be a great place for a bachelor party!

You're downtown so you have many choices!

On this page you will find lots of restaurants just a matter of what your in the mood for. Ask a pedicab to take you they will most likely know where the place your looking for is.
