Foodies hit Denmark!

My foodie wife and I will be in Denmark for Christmas this year and we want to get started figuring out where to eat (no one can accuse us of waiting until the last minute!). We usually do one or two splurge places and the rest small, local joints. We'll eat anything you put in front of us, so it doesn't matter what kind of food it is--we'll eat it. Thanks very much for your answers!

  • Bror, run by Sam and Victor, two former sous-chefs at noma
  • noma, needless to say. I think bookings for December are opening next week.
  • Manfred's & Vin, Christian Puglisi (first sous-chef at noma)
  • Relæ, also Puglisi
  • Pony, the little brother of Kadeau (but better than Kadeau imo)
  • Bust, old-fashioned Danish (closed xmas 2013 :/
  • Mielcke & Hurtigkarl, just great!
