I stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Columbia 901 Conley Rd, Columbia, MO 65201(right off I-70) it was clean, comfortable, convenient and they allowed my cats as I passed through town.

Both sites list quite a few hotels (and some Airbnbs) which accept pets near Columbia (Missouri) e.g. Motel 6 Columbia, MO - East, Super 8 by Wyndham Columbia East, Red Roof Inn Columbia Mo, Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center etc etc......
