What will be the best scenic drive from Colorado Springs to Grand Junction? The longer the better.
I agree, but the northern route through Vail and Beaver Creek is pretty good as well. My sister lives just outside Vail. and Ive traveled both routes, both are fantastic, the southern route on rt 50. a slight edge.
This would take you about 2 hours longer than the I70 route, but it will be gorgeous.
Take 50.
