Katie from Los Angeles asked

Best free things to do in Cincinnati?

I'm going to be in Cincinnati next month and will be on a pretty tight budget. I'm looking for the best free and inexpensive things to check out! I love the outdoors, art, museums, you name it. Thanks!

Washington Park in downtown's Over-The-Rhine does almost daily special events that are free. Check online for the schedule. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Taft Museum of Art and the Cincinnati Art Museum are free on Sundays.

Krohn Conservatory...Sometimes have a free (or super cheap) butterfly event. It's really cool! Go to the Incline for a good view. Good hiking in Mt. Airy Forest. I recommend the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland.

Findlay Market! There are shops and places to eat, but it's free to explore.

The Cincinnati Art Museum is free and it's incredible. You can have lunch at the cafe and shop at the great gift shop too. Also, make sure you explore the new Art Climb steps that take you down to Gilbert Avenue, one of the entrances to Eden Park.
