I want the most authentic, homemade , non-commercial, maybe historic, best tasting pizza in chicago. Even if it's a hole in the wall place.

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, Hands down. There will be a lot of debate around this for sure. But I swear, it is the best.
Assuming you mean the famous stiffed Chicago-stylde pizza, my personal favorite is Lou Malnati's Pizzeria. I had a friend from a Southern State visiting Chicago and she insisted on eating there on 3 of the 5 days she was there. There are a few different franchises around the city, so one close to where you are should be easy to find. If you are interested in thin crust, you can't go wrong with Aurelio's Pizza. They are famous for their sauce and win a lot of awards.

Pequod's Pizza is hands down the best. It's authentic Chicago style, but it's not super thick and doesn't have an overwhelming amount of cheese (like Giordano's does). Their distinguishing feature is that the outer crust is carmelized cheese instead of bread, and in my opinion, they have the best pizza sauce in the city.
In my opinion, Pequod's Pizza is by far the BEST pizza in Chicago. All the real chicagoans that I know do not actually like "Chicago-style" pizza (myself included).
I would recommend Chicago Pizza & Oven Grinder Co - http://www.chicagopizzaandovengrinder.com/. Their pizza pot pie is to die for!!
Lou Malnati's Pizzeria - best deep dish pizza, hands down.
Pequod's Pizza on the north side - soooo good.

Best all-around pizza: Chicago Pizza & Oven Grinder Co (2121 Clark St.) Get the mediterranean bread and split a pizza pot pie with your friend. I used to book my business trips around the times this restaurant was open.
