I know there are millions of great places in Chicago...but any place that's overrated or overpriced? Or even places that I need to avoid? Thankie! :)
I wasn't blown away by Millennium Park. Other than those two sculptures, I didn't really see how it was different from most other parks.
People always suggest visiting Magnificent Mile but it is really just a shopping strip with all your major stores. Though I do suggest starting around the The Wrigley Building and walking south from there to see the river and architecture. It will also bring you to Millennium Park , The Art Institute of Chicago. Grab a Divvy bike and ride down the shoreline to the Adler Planetarium. I honestly cannot think if anything else that is overrated. Chicago is such a great place!
