We're looking for some fun weekend activities in Charlotte, NC. A group of 7 people ages 21-60, moderately active, we're looking for something a little off the beaten path.
I would definitely go restaurant and brewery hopping around Charlotte. One of my favorite things to do is eat at Cabo Fish Taco, grab a beer at NoDa Brewing Company and then Birdsong Brewing Co.. Afterwards, head across the street to Amelie's French Bakery for delicious French macarons and the salted caramel! Would be a great birthday treat.

Besides restaurants, I'm afraid I can't think of much. The N Davidson St area is very nice, also there are some nice theaters and performing arts centers if you wanted to catch a show.
